The normal temperature overflow dyeing machine has a wide range of applications, and can be processed under normal temperature conditions such as scouring, bleaching, dyeing, and water washing. At present, the ambient temperature overflow dyeing machine is mostly used for knitting and machine materials of various high-grade natural fiber fabrics and blends, and can also be applied to other rayon, eyeglass, water washing, etc., and can also be applied to other rayon, eyeglass, and blended fabrics. The fabric is dyed and treated at room temperature and is an ideal equipment for high-grade fabrics.

 

The work flow of a normal temperature overflow dyeing machine can be summarized as follows: During the operation of the equipment, the fabric is fed into the nozzle from the front of the dyeing cylinder through a frequency control speed-regulating cloth lift roller, and the dyeing liquid is pumped by a circulation pump and heated by a heat exchanger. The fabric is reciprocally stacked from the nozzle through the guide tube from the rear swing tube, and is circulated, so that the fabric is quickly cycled in the dyeing cylinder to obtain uniform coloring.

 

At the same time, after technical improvements, the output of the normal temperature overflow dyeing machine has also been improved. Moreover, in actual operation, the lifting roller motor is controlled by the frequency converter, which can be steplessly regulated and is easy to operate.
