Users according to different cloth, simply replace the nozzle, can transform water into low injection pressure, large water volume, flexible pure overflow of water or high pressure, high speed of pure jet flow. Wide range of optimum dyeing, weaving, knitting machine are applicable, dyeing quality is very high, low cost and high efficiency.

Double overflow high temperature dyeing machine features

1.The low bath ratio, fast speed gaub dyeing system. The cloth in the liquid with cloth guide tube in a floating state, and the inner pipe wall friction, the running speed is 650m / min, non pilling, special type "W" network design, reduce the cloth along in the groove. The friction cloth running smoothly, reduce the use of water, bath ratio of 1:7-8.
