So, in actual applications, what effect has this yarn dryer achieved?


For ease of understanding, we will use cotton yarn drying as an example for analysis. During the drying process using a yarn dryer, according to its characteristics, the temperature required during the drying process can not be too high, the temperature range of about 60°C, and the time can be 8-10 hours. In the drying process, the drying mode can be set through the intelligent PLC control panel, which can be automated. Not only accurate temperature and humidity control is achieved, so that the yarn that is dried is not easy to be broken, and the yarn breakage during the process of the upper weaving machine is significantly reduced.


At the same time, it can also effectively save a lot of labor costs, and more importantly, it can achieve greater energy-saving effect. So, what is the working principle of the yarn dryer? First, during the operation of the equipment, the low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs the heat from the air in the evaporator and evaporates into a gaseous refrigerant; then, the gaseous refrigerant from the evaporator is compressed by the compressor and becomes a high-temperature and high-pressure gas. Refrigerant.


As the yarn dryer continues to operate, the next step is that the high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant will release heat in the condenser so that the water temperature will rise and it will become a high-pressure liquid refrigerant; finally, the high-pressure liquid refrigerant The decompression agent is decompressed in the expansion valve, and then becomes a low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant, which enters the evaporator and circulates the initial process.


Throughout the dyeing process, the circulatory system of the yarn dryer maintains a completely closed state, and mainly convection heat exchangers are used to transfer heat to the materials and continuously replenish fresh air and discharge humid air. The most important feature of the yarn dryer is that most of the hot air is circulated inside the box, which enhances heat transfer and mass transfer and saves energy.
